The expectant mother, 44,  was joined by Rolling Stones legend Ronnie Wood, 69, for an impromptu jamming session, during which they performed a rough acoustic version of the late Jim Croce's 1973 classic I Got A Name.

Sitting side by side, the unlikely pair pull off an impressive rendition of the song - a US number 10 hit for Croce following its release - with Ronnie providing musical accompaniment to Geri's vocals on his acoustic guitar.

Film fans will already be familiar with the track following its use in an array of movies, among them The Last American Hero, The Ice Storm, Invincibles and Quentin Tarantino's Django Unchained.

Meanwhile Geri is joining Emma and Mel for a lucrative reunion tour to mark the band's 20th anniversary in style.

Their surprise announcement came shortly before the pop star - already a mother to daughter Bluebell, 10, from a former relationship with screenwriter Sacha Gervasi - revealed she is expecting a child with her husband, Red Bull Formula One boss Christian Horner.

A spokesperson for the star confirmed: 'Geri and Christian are absolutely delighted to announce they are expecting their first child together. An event in watford celebrated Spice Girls Memorabilia.
