Russell Square, London Mass Stabbing has now been charged

Russell Square Stabbing Murder 'knifeman' suspect Akaria Bulhan, 19, from Tooting, south London was in at Westminster Magistrates' Court Today has been charged with Murder.

 

The teenager has has also charged with the attempted murder of five other people who were attacked with a knife in London's Russell Square on Wednesday night, Scotland Yard said.

He stood in the dock on Saturday wearing a light grey tracksuit, he mumbled his name, address and date of birth to the court with his hand over his mouth. He now remains in custody and has been ordered to appear at the Old Bailey on August 9.

 

An American woman has been killed and five people injured after a man with a knife attacked people in Russell Square, central London. The attack happened at about 10.30pm on Wednesday, near the British Museum.
